I established C2 Operations Pty Ltd (C2 Operations) in late 2024 following more than two decades of public service spanning local and state government. Through C2 Operations I am continuing my passion and interest by providing a range of operations and emergency management consulting, advisory and contracting services in support of the emergency management, emergency service, agriculture, forestry, civil, utilities, telecommunication, digital solution, and renewables sectors.

Drawing on my learnings, experiences and expertise, I am leading C2 Operations to deliver customised solutions to assist clients enhance their day-to-day operations, achieve long-term strategic goals, manage risk, and make informed decisions.

Delivering directly, in partnerships and through sub-contract arrangements, I ensure that C2 Operations applies precise focus and expertise to every engagement with our government, corporate, business, industry association, not-for-profit and individual clients.
